These will be fully rigged by me! These are basic live2d PNGTubeRemix avatars. Additional costs may be added depending on character’s complexity. Base PNGtuber package includes 1 expression, mouth open, closed, and blinking. In some cases, I can add animated elements, such as moving eyes, animated props, etc. You will have to ask me what you’d like and I will let you know a price/if I am able to do it! These do not have mouth/face tracking capabilities.

These Terms of Service are in effect as of February 10, 2021
By ordering a commission from me, KopiKat/Scuffscotch ("I, the Artist"), you ("the Client", "you, (s)he/ they") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected/ cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/ or a blacklist. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice.
General
You cannot trace or copy any of my artwork.
Do not upload my work to AI generators.
You agree that my artwork and designs are NEVER to be used for NFTs. Do not use my work to promote and/or earn crypto currency.
All commissions are personal, non-commercial/non-profit use only. Do not resell or use my art as merchandise unless stated otherwise.
No refunds after the commission is finished.
Artist
I have the rights to all copyrights of my artworks. I can advertise and display any artwork of mine unless commissioner requested privacy.
I have the right to decline any commission request.
commissioner
Commissioner has the right to re-upload their commission wherever as long as they credit me.
Commissioner cannot claim their commissioned artwork as their own.
Commissioner cannot use their commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise.
YouTube/Twitch and Merchandise: A contract with be drafted depending on the circumstances we discussed.
Personal Accessories (i.e. Acrylic charms, t-shirts, etc.): It is permitted as long as the items are not used to sell commercially and are for personal use only.
payment
I accept payment through VGen, Paypal and Ko-Fi. When paying through PayPal, I will request your PayPal email so that I can send a proper invoice which includes my TOS.
I require payments to be 100% upfront; I will not start the commission until the full payment is received.
Request for refund is available during the sketch stage of the commission; if you have approved the sketch and I have moved on to the liner art/coloring stage, a full refund is off the table. You will only be able to receive a 50% refund after the line art phase. No refund will be given after color/completion.
process
Commission must be payed for in full by the client before I begin the artwork.
You understand all commissions will be done digitally—there will be no hard copies. The Client is paying for a service/digital good and will not require any shipping of any kind.
I will send sketches of said commission via specific social media messaging method. Large edits are allowed during this stage. Limit to 5 edit requests before I will require an additional $3 charge per edit.
After the sketch has been confirmed for finalizing, only small edits can be made during this stage. (I.E., Color changes, adding some piercings.) Limit to 5 edits before I will require an additional $3 charge per edit.
Commission takes at most 1 month to complete, I will notify you of any delay.
Design T.O.S
General
You cannot trace or copy any of my designs.
NFTs: Do not use my work to promote and/or earn crypto currency.
Do not upload my art/designs into AI generators.
You cannot claim my designs as your own creation under any circumstance.
Design Owner
Design owner can use the design for content like stories, streaming/vtubing, sonas, and more; however, if you wish to monetize and profit off of the design, such as selling keychains of said character or using it in a video game that you would be selling, I require you to purchase a commercial license.
If I, The Artist, ever create a redesign for your character (Which was originally designed by someone else) I will not require you to pay a commercial license for said redesign.
Design owner cannot use the design for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise. Commercial use will be granted for any design purchased from me over $200.
Design owner can change the design as they please; I do not care.
Design owner can make slight edits to my artwork of the design they bought; for example, removing elements like piercings, making color changes, and even drawing design elements on top of my artwork. However, you must still include credit to me in the edited artwork. Please leave an unedited version of my original art/design intact as well.
If you purchase my design on toyhouse, please do not delete the character and re-upload it, and especially do not remove credit to me, the designer. This removes transfer history where I input the monetary value of the design.
Copyright + Usage Policy
I, The Artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not The Client. Therefore, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: Promote myself within any place or website, To display or post it where I like.
WITHOUT commercial purchase, the CLIENT is allowed to: Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use, Print the art for themself (and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself).
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have rights of the design for commercial use and resale. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork
If you wish to purchase a design/artwork commercially, a contract with be drafted depending on the circumstances we discussed.
